Companies should check approach to market documentation before downloading the eResponse application to ensure the correct version is downloaded.

  1. Download the file (choose Save when asked) 
    Internet Explorer Run, Save, Cancel - choose Save
  2. Once downloaded, double-click on the saved file to Start the Installation
  3. Complete the Installation Wizard
  4. Once installed Run eResponse by double-click on the new desktop icon
